Tribe Leader Account Summary

DISCLAIMER: This document is a legally binding agreement between 3G-Camping and the Tribe Leader account holder. By using the Tribe Leader account, the account holder agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

  1. Purpose: The Tribe Leader account has been created to provide access to a set of tools and resources that are designed to to ensure the safety, enjoyment, and well-being of all Campers in their Group during their stay here at 3G-Camping Retreat. Also, the person who books the Campsite(s) will be designated as the Tribe Leader and will be held financially responsible for their group.
  2. Terms and Conditions: The Tribe Leader account holder agrees to use the account in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and 3G-Camping policies. The account holder is solely responsible for the content, conduct, and any harm resulting from their use of the account.
  3. Modifications to this Agreement: 3G-Camping reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time without notice. The account holder is responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions of this agreement and complying with any changes.
  4. Termination: 3G-Camping may terminate this agreement and the Tribe Leader account at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.
  5. Limitation of Liability: 3G-Camping will not be liable for any damages arising from the account holder’s use of the Tribe Leader account, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  6. Governing Law: This agreement will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3G-Camping operates and the account holder agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
  7. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings, negotiations, and representations.

By clicking “I Agree” or using the Tribe Leader account, the account holder agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
