3G-Camping Retreat includes a private toilet shed. We provide a complimentary multi-use toilet bag rig with eco-friendly gel, ideal for 1–2 nights.

🗑️ Trash & Garbage Policy
Leave No Trace • Default Rule
- 3G-Camping Retreat follows strict Leave No Trace standards.
- If you do NOT purchase Trash Removal Service, all trash must be PACKED OUT.
- No trash, waste, or bags may be left on-site without payment.
$5 Trash Removal Service (Optional)
- The 55-gallon Trash Removal Barrels are ONLY for 3G-Campers who have paid the $5 Trash Removal Service.
- Service is valid for the entire booked trip.
- Trash must be securely tied and placed in the clearly labeled Trash Removal Barrels.
- Using these barrels without purchasing the service is considered improper disposal.
Improper Disposal Fee System
- $20 – Minor: Small trash items left outside approved areas.
- $25 – Standard: Trash placed on the ground, in fire pits, or in unauthorized locations.
- $55 – Moderate: Full trash bags left on-site without Trash Removal Service.
- $75 – Major: Multiple bags or scattered trash requiring extended cleanup.
- $100 – Severe: Dumping or contamination requiring major sanitization.
Bio-Waste Violations (Higher Enforcement)
- $55 – Tier 1: Tied human or pet waste left on-site or placed in trash without authorization.
- $100 – Tier 2: Loose bio-waste requiring gloves, disinfectants, or soil treatment.
- $150 – Tier 3: Open or ruptured waste contaminating land, fire pits, structures, or runoff zones.
These fees help cover cleanup labor, PPE, sanitizing supplies, and environmental protection measures.

🚗 Vehicles
- One (1) vehicle is included free with each reservation.
- Up to five (5) additional vehicles may be added at $5 per vehicle per trip.
- All vehicles must be registered by the Tribe Leader prior to arrival.
- Vehicles must remain on designated roads, campsites, and parking areas.
- The speed limit throughout the property is 15 mph.
- Do not block the blue front gate or the main driveway at any time.
- Unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.
🚐 RV & Trailers
- Designed primarily for The Starfield RV site.
- Additional sites may allow RVs but may have reduced space or access.
- Maximum RV length varies by campsite (see below).
- Grass or field surfaces — RV leveling may be required.
- Generators are allowed; rentals may be available.
- No black or gray water may ever contact the ground.

🔥 Campfire Safety
- Campfires are permitted only when no burn bans, county restrictions, or emergency advisories are in effect.
- All fires must remain inside the designated fire ring — no ground or trench fires.
- Never leave a fire unattended. Not even briefly.
- All outside firewood must be inspected for bio-security concerns.
- Only clean, local, pest-free firewood may be used (on-site firewood is always approved).
- All fires must be fully extinguished until ashes are cold to the touch.
📻 Local Communications
Are you the Tribe Leader? Congrats 🎉 You’ve been entrusted with a walkie-talkie — it doesn’t stream Netflix, but it does keep you connected to your tribe and the 3G-Camping Retreat team.
Purpose
- This radio is for communication between you, your group, and the 3G-Camping team.
- Keep messages clear and professional so help stays fast and effective.
Channel 8 • Your Direct Line
- Channel 8 is monitored by the 3G-Camping Retreat team.
- Use Channel 8 for questions, assistance, battery swaps, or stay-related concerns.
- If we’re temporarily unavailable, alternate instructions will be provided.
Battery Life & Replacements
- Battery life averages 24–48 hours depending on use.
- Low-battery alert? Switch to Channel 8 and request a replacement.
- Channel 8 = fastest fix.
Care & Responsibility
- Radios must remain on the property.
- Please return radios in the same condition received.
- Lost or damaged radios incur a $60 replacement fee.
Backup Contact Options
- Gate Signage Phone: Check the blue & red signage at the entrance.
- Hipcamp Messaging: Useful as a backup, but not instant.

🐾 Pets
- Friendly, well-behaved pets are welcome.
- Pets must not disturb other 3G-Campers, wildlife, or resident animals.
- Green Grass Grove is home to farm dogs, barn cats, chickens, ducks, rabbits, and aquatic life.
- Pets must remain under control at all times.
- Pet waste must be cleaned up promptly.

- 3G-Campers may be required to register upon arrival for bio-security or operational reasons.
Community & Conduct
- This is a family-friendly campground.
- Respect fellow Campers, personal space, and shared environments.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (generators permitted at any time).
Safety & Environment
- All children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
- Do not trench, dig, or disturb soil.
- Do not cut, remove, or damage trees or vegetation.
Restricted Items & Activities
- No illegal substances may be brought onto the property.
- Medical Marijuana is permitted ONLY for individuals with a valid Florida-recognized MMJ card and must remain within the individual’s assigned campsite.

Weapons & Firearms Policy:
Green Grass Grove welcomes responsible firearm owners and hunters; however, this is not a hunting lodge.- No firearm discharge is permitted anywhere on the property.
- Firearms may not be carried, displayed, or used on-site.
- Firearms must remain secured inside vehicles at all times.

STRICT NO-WEAPONS ZONES:
Weapons of any kind are 100% prohibited for the following booking experiences:- Haunted Woods of Suwannee River
- All immersive camping experiences
- “Scared Beyond Encounters” events
- Fireworks, explosive materials, hazardous chemicals, or non-GGG-issued airsoft, paintball, pellet, or BB guns are prohibited.
- Hunting is prohibited anywhere on GGG property. Fishing may be available but may include additional rules and restrictions.
3G-Campers are fully responsible for their conduct and that of their 3G-Guests.
